We anticipate that the naming of our PLC products will change as follows:

- Analog PLC (previously PLC 1790) will be COMPEL PLC 100

- Selective Teleprotection will be COMPEL TPS-E;next new release will be COMPEL TPS 100

- Low Frequency Terminal (previously TS313) will be COMPEL LFT 100

- Digital PLC will be COMPEL PLC 200

Old version will remain in production up to 3Q 2007.

We are changing all documentation and product labelling accordingly and we plan to start deliveries with new logo and name by 4Q 2007.
